OUR PROCESS

We have designed our process to make it easy for you to contact us. Experience has shown us that most complainants welcome using the telephone and the informality that allows. You can also contact the Fair Practices Office by email or write us.

Staff in the Fair Practices Office will listen carefully to your concerns and will look into the issues you bring forward. If the issue raised is determined to have merit it is discussed with management staff. You will be contacted by the Fair Practices Office on the outcome of that discussion.
